This quiet 10' x 12' storage shed, situated beneath a giant Redwood tree, was a premium example of underutilized space. Lucian Design was the right team to transform the rough building into a private office.

We added power to the structure, in addition to heat and a thermostat, and all new windows, French doors, sheetrock, flooring, baseboards, and new lighting. On the exterior, we added distressed wood siding to create a rustic look, and new trim.
