The soaring ceilings and geometric front windows of this stylish single-level home were over-shadowed by unchecked vegetation, dark and stained carpet, heavy drapes, and old shingles and vertical siding exhibiting fungal damage and dry rot. In addition to replacing all windows, shear and siding, we repaired the foundation and raised the sunken floors. We updated the kitchen with modern appliances and Quartz counters, leaving a beam exposed for character and warmth. And we added a half bath!
